First Degree Usui Reiki Training

 

The Weekend is a wonderful opportunity for you to focus on “You” and to begin the exciting Journey of Reiki, this can open many doors for you on a personal and Spiritual Level. I look forward to welcoming you.  

I Teach a maximum of four students for each stage of Reiki to ensure an intimate relaxed teaching environment.

 

The Cost is £100 per person this includes Four Attunements to First Degree Reiki, Reiki Manual, Certification and Reiki Lineage as well as the Weekend Training.

 

Refreshments are provided and regular comfort breaks. 

 

First Degree Reiki enables you to use Reiki for Self Healing and to carry out Healing on Family and Friends. 

 

The Weekend covers on Saturday from 10.30am until 5.30pm.

 

A Welcome and Introduction to the Course, the History of Reiki and Doctor Usui. 

 

I also cover the Reiki Principles which are the basis of all Reiki Healing and Lifestyle.

 

What is Reiki? I explain exactly what Reiki is and how it can benefit you and your Family, Friends and Animals. 

I discuss what happens After the Initiation into Reiki, the Attunements which are sacred and enables the Healing Power of Reiki to start flowing through you. 

 

We discuss the Chakras, what they are and the importance of them. 

 

There is then The First Attunement to Reiki, followed by feedback and then a Lunch break (please bring a packed Lunch) 

 

After Lunch we discuss Contraindications to Reiki (which are very few) and when not to do a Healing Session. 

 

I explain what may happen to you After Initiation into Reiki, which includes possible cleansing and life-style changes. 

 

I explain the importance of Self Reiki and how to activate the Healing for yourself together with the Hand Positions for Self Healing.

 

How to conduct a Treatment for Healing for your Family and Friends, your Pets and Animals is explained.

 

I Teach you how to carry out Reiki Healing on a Chair, for People who are not able to lay on a Treatment Couch. 

 

This is followed by The Second Attunement at the end of the day as there has to be a certain amount of time in between each Attunement.

 

This is followed by and explanation of your Homework (this is wonderful and not a task)! and also a Question Time where you can ask me to Clarify any information Taught over the Day. 

 

Sunday: 

I Welcome you again and ask for your Homework Feedback, this is followed by The Third Attunement to Reiki with feedback after. 

I will then explain using Reiki with Plants, Crystals and Animals, followed by Teaching you how to carry out Couch Reiki including the Hand Positions. 

There is then a Lunch Break, followed by the Continuation of Couch Treatments.

I then explain the Client details you are required to take from your Family and Friends before carrying out a Reiki Healing Session, this way, if you continue onto Second Degree Reiki after a minimum period of Six Months you are already working as a Professional by calling People “Clients”: 

An explanation follows of the  Reiki Energy Exchange which is vital for Reiki to work as you are not able to “charge” for Healing at First Degree  Reiki Level. 

Toward the end of the day on Sunday, I will explain your Reiki Lineage and the Stages of Reiki, followed by The Fourth Attunement after which you receive Certification into First Degree Reiki. 

I will then inform you of the Reiki Share dates and how I support you on your onward Journey with Reiki.

This is followed by Feedback and Question time.
